Wikipedia 6 April 2015 William Frederick Paul Stockley, M.A. D.Litt., (29 June 1859-22 July 1943) was an Irish academic, Sinn Féin politician and Teachta Dála (TD). He graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1893. From 1896-1903 fe was professor at the University of Ottawa and the University of New Brunswick; in 1905 he was appointed Professor of English at University College, Cork, retiring in 1931; he was a member of Sinn Féin and opposed the Anglo-Irish Treaty and partition signed in 1921.) $uhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Stockley
