Sirikit Kittiyākō̜n 24 April 1950 and celebrated his coronation ceremony 5 May 1950; entered Buddhist Order of Sangha as monastic 22 October 1956 and stayed for the lent of that year at Wat Bō̜wō̜nniwēt [Bangkok])
