Australian dictionary of biography online, Oct. 7, 2008 (Sir Archibald Grenfell Price; b. Jan. 28, 1892; d. July 20, 1977; Australian geographer, historian, and educationist. He was born in North Adelaide, studies at Magdalen College, Oxford, returned to Adelaide and worked as a teacher; hge was elected a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society in 1921. In 1925 he was appointed founding master of St Mark's College at the University of Adelaide, continued writing works of historical geography, and received the University of Adelaide's first D. Litt. award. He was active in the University of Adelaide and the Church of England. He retired from the mastership of his college in 1957, continuing other involvements for many years, he died in North Adelaide.)
