Sorting results
By default, search results for the Australian Library Collections are ranked by relevance. A single set of search results is returned for Australian Library Collections.
The relevance of a record is determined by the number of occurrences and the proximity of search terms in key fields in the record.
Search results can also be sorted by Title or Name (A-Z or Z-A), or by date of publication (eariest first or latest first). These options can be selected from the "Sort by" drop down list at the top of the Results screen.
